Story
Hey there! My name is Lexi and I'm the owner and cake artist for Vanilla Bean Bake Shop. Baking has always been a huge part of my life, which eventually lead me to culinary school in Lincoln, NE. I graduated from Great Plains Culinary Institute in 2018 where I also had the amazing opportunity to teach for a short time.

Once moving back to Kansas City, I worked on growing my brand in this amazing community. I believe each cake should be as unique as the person, so designing cakes is something I take great pride in. I love getting to experiment with new recipes and techniques, new trendy cakes are always so fun to create!

While I am located in North KC, I love delivering goodies all over the surrounding area. I hope to talk soon!
