Honestly intended to go with someone cheaper but I wanted to do the trial because I’d been following Vanilla Bean Bake Shop on instagram. After I tasted the tasting (which were way bigger than I expected) I INSISTED we use Lexi for our wedding cake. The internet told me we’d have so much leftover because people don’t “eat cake anymore” but we had literally nothing left. We ordered multiple flavors and guests are still talking about loving to try multiple. My only regret is not ordering more. Lexi was easy to work with, the cake was GORGEOUS and it tasted AMAZING!

Lexi did both a rehearsal cake for us and our 3 tier wedding cake. When I tell you these were the best cakes I have ever had, seriously so good. Lexi does tasting boxes as well that give you 4 options to choose from and they are huge! Lexi was very communicative and the cakes were so delicious. Will definitely be using her in the future for birthday cakes, etc.
